PROMIS@Service is a vendor of multilingual services and a business enabler which was created in Luxembourg (2008) to further develop and commercialise the Software-as-a-Service PROMIS®eBusiness solution, initially in a limited number of countries and for a limited range of sectors, and now ready to expand beyond these.
The objective is to expand PROMIS®(www.promis.eu) in the European market through additional languages and countries, while maintaining its unique position through flexibility in adapting the service to additional markets, nurturing cooperation with associations and public bodies, providing training courses, as well as further developing innovation and the eService through well designed Research & Development.
PROMIS® is the first Europe-wide, practically-oriented multilingual Compliance Management System tailored to SMEs and their consultants. It is a pioneer Software-as-a-Service interactive tool for managing compliance in environment, health&safety, quality, ICT Security, that supports continuous improvement. It is no doubt one of the most efficient tools conceived so far to support SMEs in addressing these issues, and in helping them structure their business in an organized and systematic way, leading to a de facto certification thanks to the myPROMIS® integrated management system.
PROMIS® combines disparate sources of information, legislation, e-learning, internal controls and external help through an internet portal, requiring no additional software beyond a standard internet browser.
We provide a way of tailoring knowledge to users’ needs, through a low-cost, broad-scope, high-volume service. Our easy-to-use approach has started to attract major interest not only from the SMEs themselves, but also from consultants to SMEs. For consultants, we offer an easy framework to structure their knowledge, to support their clients to achieve compliance and gain steady performance improvement.
